Despite the busyness of the season, doing some simple self-care practices can help you relax. Today's Tip - Create a self-care kit and include items that will help you relax and take time for yourself.  
Don't forget about self-care kits with items for your kids. It can be a great way to help them develop coping strategies when they are feeling overwhelmed. A fun project idea: have your kids decorate a shoebox to use for their self-care kit.
