Building muscle wasn’t easy for me. Like many, I struggled with time, knowledge, and finding the right approach. After years of trial and error, I decided to become a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach with the ISSA to finally learn the proven strategies that could help people build strength, improve health, and transform their lives. 

Since then, I’ve helped dozens of clients (over 40 in fact) develop stronger bodies, move better, and feel more confident—through evidence-based training that gets results. I believe in the transformative power of physical activity, and I’m committed to helping people who are ready to take control of their health and fitness.

Sepideh Shahbazi

I’ve been working for over six years with individuals who have limited mobility or started exercising based on their doctor’s recommendation due to aging and muscle loss. I truly enjoy helping people who don’t like working out find joy in exercise and continue on this journey. I can say that I’ve been quite successful in this, as many of my clients have regained their health and now live more comfortably and confidently.

Waad Shurbaji 

I’ve been working as a fitness professional for nearly two years, and volunteering with the YMCA for three. 

I enjoy working with clients who are focused on gaining muscle, maintaining a healthy weight, and overall healthy lifestyle changes. I also like helping beginners build a strong foundation in fitness and nutrition.  Additionally, I love working with individuals whose first language is not English.
