Athletic Cardio Training Based on Burpee Variations!

In this 25 minute class, Amy will help you get a great cardio workout using a variety of burpee based movements. The workout is finished with some core conditioning. Recommended for intermediate to advanced audiences who are comfortable with being on their hands in a plank style position for many repetitions in one workout. No equipment needed!
