Challenging Interval Cardio!

Shelley challenges your cardio by having you do 20 second hard efforts, followed by 10 seconds of recovery. Multiple exercises are stacked together to form three different blocks of work. Get ready to work your entire body and rev your heart rate in this short but intense cardio workout. This is a great workout for intermediate and advanced exercisers.
