Athletic Cardio Movements to Develop ROM & Speed!

This 30 minute cardio class is developed on timed athletic movements. No equipment needed! You will focus on movements that elevate your heart rate while developing your range of motion and ability to move explosively. This workout is recommended for the able-bodied participant who has experience.
