Day 3 - Breathe
Take time to breathe this winter. Simple breath work has the ability to help us destress, calm the mind and relax the body.
The method: Breathe in to a count of 4, hold your breath in to a count of 4, exhale to a count of 4 and hold your breath out to a count of 4. Learn more about breathing techniques and try it together with Bonnie!
