Have some fun today and challenge yourself with yoga inversions! Each of these flows showcase a different inversion to test your balance.

Try your hand at crow pose or really challenge yourself with a forearm stand. Even if you can’t balance for long, the yoga flow is worth the effort, and you’ll have worked towards improving your balance and strength!
