Cardio Bootcamp!

This cardio class is just over 35 minutes in length and will get your heart rate up and improve muscular endurance! Circuits and light dumbbells create the foundation for this class. A step or bench is used for some movements but the class can be completed even if you don't have this piece of equipment. This video is ideal for intermediate to advanced exercisers.
