Intermediate Cardio Kickbox: Let's Rotate!

In this intermediate-level kickboxing class, Amy builds in more rotational work and slightly more technical movements then in her beginner style videos. No equipment needed. This class is 37 minutes in length and will get you kicking, punching and sweating your way to feeling incredible!
