Athletic Cardio Training to get you Moving Quickly!

A 30-minute interval class to help you develop your cardiovascular health. A step is used as an option to increase the intensity but this is not your traditional choreographed step class. Using dynamic body weight movements you will push your heart rate and learn to move with speed. This workout is ideal for intermediate to advanced exercisers.
